A popular Mobile App with 8+ mil users was hitting their targets for new signups but struggling to keep users engaged long-term. Despite offering numerous features, they couldn't figure out why users were leaving, and weren't sure if the problem was their product or market conditions.

I led a comprehensive analysis of user behavior, combining in-depth interviews with actual usage data from Product Analytics. I created detailed user profiles (User Personas) using the Nielsen Norman Group proven methodology that showed us exactly where and why we were losing customers by looking at how people really used the app, not just what they said they wanted.

Increased app adoption and usage by identifying exactly why customers were leaving the app and what features would keep them engaged longer through targeted user analysis.
