After pretty pricy trainings in Service Design (User Experience focused), Business Strategy and Marketing from Harvard Business School or Nielsen Norman Group, combined with 15 years of practical experience (mostly in tech), I decided to collect my thoughts and learnings into a short, about 100 pages ebook that could help entrepreneurs in times of trouble.
